Hi, I’m Craig

I’m a personal development coach with formal training in counselling and mental health support.

For more than a decade, I’ve provided person-centred support to help individuals navigate challenges and create meaningful change in their lives.

Through my private coaching practice, I work one-to-one with a select number of clients, typically by invitation or referral, offering a dedicated space for insight, direction, and accountability. My coaching approach combines evidence-based practices with personalised support tailored to each client’s circumstances, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Alongside my coaching practice, I work in the community sector, providing psychosocial support to disadvantaged and marginalised individuals, helping them build capacity, pursue personal goals, and foster recovery and independence.

30+ years of personal and professional development, through lived experience, formal education, ongoing learning, and reflective practice.
13+ years of professional experience providing periods of 1:1 support to over 400 individuals, including at-risk youth and those experiencing substance use and/or mental health challenges.
Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with an ICF-approved coaching certification.
Valid NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check, ensuring compliance with professional safeguarding standards.
